Madibana is gambling with our academic futures

I had the knowledge that DSV road was to deliver my study material however Madibana Couriers had my study material since the 13th of March 2020. I have called their number several times to enquire about my parcel but their phone always goes unanswered. They have never made communication with me. If it wasn't for the friendly employees from DSV Road I wouldn't have had an idea about where to look for my study material. I have assignments due on the 12th of May and I will not gain entry to my exams should I fail to do my assignments and I will lose my funding. Madibana Couriers is the worst courier company with their poor service and I wouldn't advise anyone to do business with them. I hope the Unisa SRC could boycott Malebana and ensure that Unisa never uses their services again as they are gambling with our academic futures
