*********** delivery company!!

My study material from Unisa has been with them for two weeks and I've sent countless emails and they don't reply I then decided to call and find out if when can they deliver the material as I have assignments due soon, I spoke to a lady by the name Ona she said that my material is with the driver but can't seem to get hold of the driver so I will have to wait for her t otry and get hold of the driver and let me know when the delivery will be made. The material has been with them for 2 full weeks!! No communication with regards to delivery.
