A very unhappy customer

I am not happy with their services, I was supposed to receive my parcel on the 8th of November 2024 ,called several times and I was promised my parcel is going to be delivered everytime I call,escalated this matter to admin since I urgently need what I have ordered ( it is part of my uniform) ,I spoke to Mpho who promised to sort out the matter but he never did because he told he failed when I called him after 2 weeks and he promised to escalate this matter to his superiors I will get a call from them,still haven't received any call but I can't say I am disappointed because I expected this to happen since they are good at promising what they can't deliver,they even **** at one stage telling me that the delivery guy came and didn't get hold of me.I contacted Mbali from Durban branch on Wednesday she said she was checking, reminded her on Thursday, she told me she was still checking,told her I urgently need these for work ,she read and didn't respond to my WhatsApp msg.
