I would strongly advise others to stay away from Mad Muscles.

I cancelled my subscription before the renewal date, received confirmation from their support team that no further charges would be made, and yet I was still billed afterwards. I have since contacted them multiple times asking for a refund, but they keep delaying and refusing to escalate the issue. They’ve ignored my request to speak to a manager, and instead offered me free access I didn’t ask for and that I keep denying.

This feels like a complete **** – they took my money without authorization, won’t refund it, and give you the runaround when you try to get help. There is zero accountability and no clear way to resolve issues once they have your payment details.

Avoid at all costs.
