support that actually helped
Support actually read my message - which shouldn't be rare but is. Had a specific question about modifying my program after a lower back flare-up. Instead of a generic reply they gave me an actual alternative exercise plan for the week. Response took about a day which isn't lightning fast but the quality made up for it. Would be 5 stars with faster first response.
