family life didn’t stop me this time

with family around, silence and free time are rare. I used to think fitness just doesn’t work in this phase of life. What changed is that I stopped aiming for “perfect sessions”. Some days it’s a quick workout, some days just better food choices. That flexibility made it realistic instead of stressful.
