Exceeded my expectations
I downloaded this thinking it would be “just another app,” but I was so wrong. The quality of the workouts, the professionalism of the trainers, and the way the plans are structured all blew me away. It feels like a full fitness system, not just a random collection of exercises. Definitely worth five stars.
