best balance program after my fall
Had a fall last winter. Nothing broken, but it knocked my confidence in a way I hadn't anticipated. My GP suggested balance work before returning to anything heavier. The tai chi program gave me something structured to follow rather than vague advice about walking more. Eight weeks in, I can stand on one leg for thirty seconds without a wall. That might sound minor. It isn't.

28 May 2026, 20:34Hello!🌟 We’re really glad to hear that the Tai Chi program has given you a structured and supportive way to rebuild your balance and confidence after your fall. Progress like being able to stand on one leg without support is genuinely meaningful — especially when you’re working your way back after an injury.
