Terrible Service

I ordered (and paid, in full) for Chromadek IBR sheeting on 15 February 2019. One week later my order arrived, with 1 IBR sheet too little. I told the sales rep that I am not accepting a partial delivery and will wait for the last IBR sheet before accepting. On 15 April 2019 the final IBR sheet arrived and I could accept delivery. However, upon inspection 5 of the IBR sheets were found to be scratched. I rejected these 5 sheets. The 5 sheets were re-ordered and arrived on 3 July 2019. These sheets were scratched even worse than the initial sheets, and the Chromadek colouring was inverted. It was then found that the sheets had been obtained from another supplier. Needless to say, I rejected the sheets AGAIN. I am still awaiting delivery of the 5 IBR sheets (18 July 2019).
