Undelivered goods that were promised on a specific date(Friday).
I bought steel on Tuesday and was promised it would be delivered on Friday. I found Macsteel to be unprofessional. When I visited on Tuesday, I asked if I could either pick up my order or have it delivered. I emphasized that I was in a hurry because I had workers scheduled to start on Friday. I was assured that my order would be delivered on that day, as they only deliver to Botshabelo and Thabanchu on Fridays. On Friday, at 12:30, the workers arrived at my house to begin the job. I asked them to be patient, as Macsteel had promised the delivery. I waited until 16:00, but when I started calling, nobody picked up my calls. I am very disappointed and frustrated, as I wasted my time and the workers’ time. I took leave from work to ensure that everything went smoothly while I was present, but Macsteel does not seem to care about its customers, as I received no call or apology for the delay. Is it possible for this company to refund all my money? I cannot wait until next Friday.
