False promises and angry clients

Sales rep Embrews Pieterse has now twice taken a week to get my steel delivery after which he promised to give me a discount for stuffing me around. I have now requested a quote more than a week ago. Have been on the phone and email multiple times, only to be greeted by excuses and an affirmative "this will be emailed to you right away" days and emails later I am still waiting. How does the largest supplier of steel expect metal fabricators and other businesses to survive by creating such a delay and then lying about it. My clients are angry and so am I.
