DO NOT USE MACSTEELL THERE'S ALTERNATIVES

I am beyond ****ed off with the ****py service received from Macsteel Express in Elandsfontein. They were very efficient when I requested a quotation. I paid the same day the quotation was received which was on Wednesday and sent POP and delivery address. Philemon Kgopane called first Thursday Morning to confirm that they have received payment and not my delivery address. He the proactively told me that my order will be delivered on Monday since Friday is half day. I was ok with that. I requested he calls me when the truck leaves. On Monday at 8 o'clock I called him and was told he's in a meeting and left a message that he calls me back of which he did not. 50 I called about 10 times after 10am and he ignored my calls until Nicole answered and I asked if she could assist. She told me she was busy she could not assist but will get Philemon to call me back. Luckily my route was going to pass by Elandsfontein so I drove there and and was there at 11am, found only one car which did not belong to staff and none of them (Philemon and Nicole) were busy with any customer. They were just sitting there in front of their phones and computers but Philemon had not called me back. I told him I have been waiting for the call back and he just went on the defensive and told me that he had been fighting with the dispatch department. I then told him the only reason I was calling is to confirm if he eventually got my delivery address. He confirmed that he did. He then said he was going to check with dispatch. He came back and told me that their forklift is not working yet I had seen it working when I was parking and leaving. He promised that my order will still be dispatched same day. I called at 14h00 with a different number and told he still did not know when my order will be dispatched. He transferred my call to her Manager Nicolene who promised to take a bakkie and deliver my order, when I called 2 minutes later to tell her it was too late and to make new arrangements. She ignored my calls also and Nicola had confirmed that she is in her office.

Today is the Monday I am referring to. Philemon promised to deliver my order Tuesday, tomorrow before 10am when I asked he cancels my order
