4 days lead time turns into 15 days!

On the 23rd of march i purchased roof plates from \Macsteel"and now its 15 days still waiting as they first misplaced the plates on the wrong truck then they had to remake them and the they had the wrong coil on and will fix the problem. Apparently its a 4 day lead time but now going for 15 days allready. How many more lies and poor service must a payedup costumer listen to???"""
