No response from MacSpares

I have ordered the inner and outer glass for an under-counter Defy oven. I have supp**** the model number, which I do understand is a critical item, when ordering such. The parcel arrived fairly soon after I have transferred the money, but alas, it was the wrong glass (both). I have subsequently tried to contact them, via e-mail, on numerous occasions, but I have been completely ignored. I have also advised them that I will be contacting HelloPeter, but still no reaction was forthcoming.
