Incorrect Part Delivered

Early August ordered a part Tedelex pressure cooker seal [#052870], wrong part delivered but was informed that correct part will be couriered by the next week. At start follow up queries were answered, but to date follow up queries not answered and not part as of yet.<br> All Emails kept as support to complaint
