damaged goods and bad attitudes at the branch

My name is Khotso I bought a stove thermostat from Mac Spare branch No: 256-955 in Krugersdorp yesterday the 29th January and installed it that very day. To my surprise it was not working , today the 30th of January I tried to return it but I was told no returns for open items. I wasted my money on a piece of junk that was fault in the first place. I don't know how I would have known that it wouldn't work while it was in the pack. They sell damaged fong kong goods to customers and they compliment there damaged goods with bad attitude when you return it, there customer services unimaginable bad. I have never come across such. One of the staff member walked away while I was still talking . Another thing they don't even wear name tags.0
