Warrant and repairs refusal

If there was ZERO, I would have given zero rating. I bought a microwave, six month later it was not heating, an LG brand. After 3 weeks of returning it for repairs since it is still under guarantee, I was called that it cannot be fixed because of insect infestation, which is one of the exclusions.

My point is there are not able to provide me with a signed warrant certificate where such exclusions were explicitly brought to my attention, where my signature would appear next to them, because I wouldn't have bought the microwave in the first place I knew such exclusion.
