Poor service

Worst service ever, phone them and they just put the phone down in your ear. We bought a AEG fridge 11k from them and the fridge has a defect "fan issue", we followed the procedures, 4 months later AEG replaced the fan- now the fridge is totally ****ed!!! Got hold of the AEG technician and he said the Macro needs to refund us or give us a new fridge, We have been phoning Albert and Chauver at Silverlakes Macro and they just put the phone done in our ears. I know went and phoned the customer care number and the National Ops Manage will take it further...Ja right... *** I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING BY MACRO AGAIN!!!!
