Makro sold me a washing machine that is not working

I bought a defy washing machine at makro kast year in December. The machine hasn't been working properly since then. When i report they keep on sending the same technician who keeps on claiming that there is nothing wrong with the machine. At first it was flashing E6 light, now it is E2 then it stops working. I would appreciate if they can either fix/ replace the machine
