DEFY MICROWAVE REFUND

I took Defy Microwave to Macro-Silver Lakes (Pretoria) for repairs on 2 July 2019 and it took almost a month to repair it. I fetched it after a call to collect it and it worked only for 2 days and was not working again (same problem). I took it back again and asked for a refund because I was going to wait for another 3 to 4 weeks without a Microwave. Given said he was going to contact Defy. Followed up until 26 September 2019, Danny from Defy said Given (from Macro) must assist with the refund issue but Given sent an email and said I will not be refunded. All evidence of communication with Macro and Defy are emails. I need to be refunded by Defy through Macro but Given (from Macro) does not want to process my refund.
