Worst service ever and most disrespectful reception lady ever

My washing machine was picked up on the 17th October and i wasnt aware of the collection that was booked as no one from this place advised me on a collection booked. The technician just came and said he is collecting the machine to repair it. I have not heard anything as to what the eta is on the machine, when i ask the technician he says i must call the office and when i call the office i come through to the most disrespectful lady answering the calls, she is so rude towards clients, she doesnt respond to any of the whatsapps, she just says when they done they will call me.

This is by far the worst experience ive ever received and will definitely advise Hisense SA not to ever use this company again. Is it so hard to advise the customer on a regular basis as to whats happening with their appliances.
