Poor service poor communication, first time called in morning and a technician came the same day

Poor service poor communication, first time called in morning and a technician came the same day .in 2 hours the fridge only worked for two days,had to call the technicians on Thursday and they said a technician will come next week Monday and they didn't come I had to call again and the lady said since mine was a second job they couldn't come we should have called to request a technician again ,which they never told me that if a technician doesn't come you have to request again ....to me that means you only prioritise doing first repairs. When they came on Tuesday they said there might be a internal gas linkage and he said he will send a report to the retailer for replacement it's one week now the fridge is not working and still haven't got a way forward...mind you this fridge is less than 6 months and had to be fixed 2 times
