Macpro Appliance Services Disgusting

I bought an extractor fan (DLC) from the Northriding branch of Builders warehouse and its never worked properly. Builders logged a call for a technician to come out and assess the appliance and the supplier appointed Macpro Applicance Services who has now made 3 appointments which they have not even bothered to keep. Also they don't call me to cancel and move the appointment to a more suitable time for both of us. They just don't keep to the appointment and when Builders calls them they just say they spoke to me and are on their way here which is a lie. Absolutely disgusting attitude. Technician Abe just says he will come tomorrow whenever that is....Please avoid these people as they are ******** and will probably never pitch. The Technicians attitude on the phone also stinks as he just says, "I will come tomorrow' and then cancels the call. How these people get away with such disgusting service beats me. Macpro Appliances Services you need to relook at your work policy and employ people that want to work.......
