Hisense (Macpro Appliance)

Most useless unprofessional people I came across in a longtime, sending out a unprofessional person to come and check my Hisense fridge, first he google to find whats wrong with his one *****driver , then tells me ok it the plastic they will replace , then later another dimwit phones me very arrogant tells me he will come at 12 , took of from work packed out my freezer and waited to no avail, then he phones me 19 H00 at night are you home, told him he must come next morning as I don’t allow people in at night for obvious reasons, appointment made for 09H00 next morning ,packed out my fridge again waited to no avail, phoned him to find out where his at , only to be told he will phone me when he comes whenever eish I don’t know what time , I will put money down that the problem is also not the plastic but a sensor or evaporator coil as it keeps icing up , this will be the second time they will try fixing it watch this space, unprofessional company or rather ****a shop as there is no management to assist , Hisense referred this company wow disgrace.
