Customer Service NOT a top priority

Macpro Appliances is a Sub-Contractor for Hisense. I have a Hisense product that I purchased in Mar 2026. My initial call to Hisense to report a possible warranty claim was on 23 Sep. When logging my call with Hisense, I logged two problems, 1. An awful noise coming from the machine, and 2. when opening the spin lid, the spin does not brake. Hisense sent out technicians - MACPRO APPLIANCES two days later. Macpro appliances' driver/technician Prince, fixed problem 1 at my home only the following week as they had to wait for parts. When he was about to leave I asked about problem 2, to which he answered "They did not tell me about that". I immediately called Hisense to query the second problem... Hisense then called Macpro, whom advised the driver had already left my area... Which was shocking to me as all of this happened in 5 minutes. Regardless to say on 1 Oct I get a call from Prince, stating that they have to come fetch my machine for repairs. I was sad as I have a family of 6 Adults so washing is a mammoth task!!! From here everything goes downhill. On Friday 9 Oct @ 14h27, I receive a SMS from Hisense stating "Hisense Repair *** is categorised s COMPLETED REPAIR! The Saturday I call Hisense to ask when my machine will be returned. I am told that the contractor does not work on Saturdays, but it should happen Monday 12 Oct. The Hisense call centre agent however said that he would follow up with Macpro on Monday, and just reconfirm everything with me on Monday. Monday morning (12 Oct) I get the promised call from the Hisense agent, and he confirms that my machine will be delivered Monday! I waited ALL day!!! Tuesday (13 Oct) I call the numbers on the MACPRO vehicle (as I took a photo), but those numbers no longer exists? I eventually go through my phone to get Prince's number. When I speak to him, he tells me they are still testing the machine, it will only be delivered on Wednesday 14 Oct??? So somewhere there is a lot of miscommunication, and you as the client is stuck in the middle. I found everyone I dealt with at MACPRO — Prince, AJ, and Brandon (the owner) — to be extremely callous and cavalier in their approach. These are unacceptable traits in the service industry, where accountability, professionalism, and genuine concern for customers should be fundamental. Throughout my interactions with them, they demonstrated a disappointing lack of responsibility, care, and willingness to take ownership of the situation. Perhaps when dealing with Hisense, one should insist not to deal with MACPRO
