Bad service that came with hidden costs

I had such a terrible service with macpro appliances.When I called to enquire about the payment issue, they said that their call out fee is R650 which they pitched up to try to fix the TV but they ended up taking it with them.Then this morning they gave a ridiculous amount of R3000 which I had no knowledge of.They feel so ****my because why keep the information.I am so disappointed at the service I got.Hopefully they bring my TV with all the parts intact.I don't recommend them at all!
