Worst service from macro online

I bought a lawnmower online from macro on 25 August 2024. Received it on the 27 August 2024. When I opened the box the lawnmower was either a showroom model that was thrown in the liver is box or a return. All the plastic wrapping was off, the machine was scratched, you could see it was assembled en taken a part, the *****s was lying loose in the box. I requested a return, it took a bout a week and after a a lot of phone calls for them to collect it. Then it was supposed to take 10 to 14 days for my money to be paid back. After 14 days a contacted them again, and all they say is the store will send you a sms. A day after that I received a email stating that they will refund me between 2-10 days. I will never buy anything from macro online again. The worst service ever.
