Poor service n unprofessional client service

On the 23 November 2023 I went to Makro for shopping which I bought a Hisense Fridge n LG microwave...which i never received my items nor any feedback or communication from your shop (Makro Wonderboom Pretoria)but then tried i couple of times to contact your branch with no luck until on the on the 11 December which I managed to get Shawn from online queries who offered to assist. He confirmed that their delivery vehicle was hijacked hence I didn't get my staff but he will ensure that I get my staff.He manged to send the fridge but didn't receive my microwave saying that my received shows that I have collected it but he will escalate to the manager to assist. Even today I haven't received any feedback. My issue is I have to be the one who makes call for follow up n feedback while I use my own airtime n money for their problem n being unprofessional. I request that they send me proof that shows that I have collected my microwave or camera that shows my visit to the shop after I shopped on the 23/11/2023.Today I called n I hold the line for 1 hour until I drop the call.
