Poor Delivery Service

Macro crown mines. I placed my order totaling a bit more than R500 thus qualifying for a free delivery. The indicated delivery time is 2 to 5 days. Its day 7 today and no delivery. I called on the 04 November and the call center lady said they'll escalate the matter because it is delayed. They'll give me a call or email to update me......nothing. Now I must go to my local shop to buy because I've run out......Never again
