Pathetic online service by Makro - Totally non responsive

I placed and paid for an order on 26 November 2021. I was informed it would take 7 to 10 days. It is now almost a month later and I am still waiting on Makro to fullfill their side as I made payment for this order. I lodged a query online on 4 December 2021 and was informed it takes 7 to 10 business days which has now passed as it is already 15 December 2021 and still no further update from Makro's side. Their online team is totally *********** as they can only give you generic responses which is that the order is still in progress. Aime Mkhume sent me the email on 4 December and yesterday a lady by the name of Ashley told me that she would escalate the issue. I asked for someone from Makro to contact me which has still not happened. I am totally disgusted with the treatment I have received from Makro online and am currently still battling to resolve this issue.
