Makcro don't keep their word

I ordered a laptop and it was delivered, the laptop was not working and I lodged a return and they said it would be fetched after 3 days, but no one came ,I called them and they said they'd resolve it, but nothing, I called over6 times but I'm still waiting for them to come fetch the laptop and on the 5 April will be the last day I'll be able to ask for an exchange, as stated on the 14 day policy ,I honestly don't know what to do
