Asking for my refund

In November 2022 on Black Friday I bought Air fryer for R999.00 on special. In January 2023 the airfryer start to peal off inside slowly. By February it started to rust . I took it back to Makro crown mine. I asked them to give me my money back as I can't trust it again they refuse. I called Bernett campany was no help. Bad service and till to date no frying pan and no refund

Please help
