Mack Office and Home - A ****

I placed an order for two occasional chairs on the 10th of April. Advised a 10 to 15 day turnaround time. Contacted on 22 April - told that my order would be ready next week for delivery. Heard nothing. Contacted them on 11 May told my order was ready they were waiting for the courier to come collect. Contacted them on 18 May - told that the shipping had been booked and that it should be picked up today or tomorrow. Contacted on 20 May and told that they were waiting for the courier to collect. I then proceed to arrange my own courier to collect the armchairs. When the courier arrived to collect the armchairs on Friday 22.05.2026 they were covered in cling wrap and the couriers were not prepared to take them as they would be damaged. Since Friday 22.05.20026 I have made several requests that the armchairs get wrapped in a better wrapping so that the couriers may collect. Phone calls go unanswered, whats app msg get left unread. When I do get through to any person I get responses such as Huh? What? and they hang up.

26 May 2025 I managed to speak to an owner or manager. Once he heard the above, he agreed the service was unacceptable and would contact me later in the day to confirm that the armchairs have been wrapped correctly and to arrange collection. I am still waiting for his call.

I have sent emails and msgs with no response.

I was contacted on Tuesday 26 May after posting on social media to be told they would process a refund. To date I have received no proof of that refund.

It is now 7 days after being advised that a refund would be processed. No refund received.
