Don’t do business with MACK OFFICE and HOME

If you had a zero or minus, that is what this company deserves.

Advice: don’t buy or upholster your furniture from them. The workmanship: shoddy, in fact your furniture will be out of shape when they ultimately return it. They give you timelines: they don’t honor them They use cheap material. My couch has 2-shades of grey. They lie. They ignore you.

Much as they are on Leroy Merlin and Makro, this business is *****. I am struggling to get a refund for the couch they returned with substandard quality.
