McDonald's Hillfox is the worst when it comes to customer service

The customer service in that place is so disappointing, I left my food because the line was not moving, I asked for a refund from the 30th of September till date I have not got it. Instead the manager is giving me run around even the customer care they keep on calling just to ask if I received my refund that is all. I am so disappointed and I do not wish to use the restaurant again. McDonald's doesn't care about their customers
