Outstanding service at Hillfox McDonald’s
I visited Hillfox McDonald’s on Tuesday, 16 December, and I was assisted by a staff member at the front counter between 9:00 and 10:00 AM. Unfortunately, I cannot remember her name, but I felt it was important to share how exceptional her service was. From taking my order to the packaging of my food( it was a few different meals order, each with their own specifications), every detail was handled with care and professionalism. She was friendly, polite, and incredibly efficient, ensuring that everything was done to the highest standard. My food was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious, which made the experience even better. Thank you to the Hillfox McDonald’s team for such excellent service. I live almost 30 km away, yet I would gladly drive the distance again purely for the outstanding food and service I received.

McDonald's Hillfox is the worst when it comes to customer service
The customer service in that place is so disappointing, I left my food because the line was not moving, I asked for a refund from the 30th of September till date I have not got it. Instead the manager is giving me run around even the customer care they keep on calling just to ask if I received my refund that is all. I am so disappointed and I do not wish to use the restaurant again. McDonald's doesn't care about their customers
