I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the extremely poor service I have received from McDonald’s Hillfox. Over a month ago, I placed an order which I never received. I immediately contacted the Hillfox branch to request a refund, and since then, I have followed up on numerous occasions via phone calls. Unfortunately, I have not received any resolution or my refund to date. To make matters worse, every time I call, I am met with unprofessionalism and a dismissive attitude from the branch manager. The lack of accountability, follow-through, and customer care is deeply disappointing, especially coming from a globally recognized brand like McDonald’s. I am requesting that this matter be escalated and resolved urgently. I expect a full refund for the undelivered order as well as an explanation for the unacceptable delay and poor customer service I have endured. Please treat this complaint with the seriousness it deserves.
