Wrong products delivered and not returned!

So i decided to order some MAC products online (because the stores are religiously out of stock) and what a bad choice. Firstly it took 4 weeks to deliver (not exaggerating), and then when I opened the box it was full of Clinique products! So clearly a mistake at the depot. I reported this to Mac Online TWICE via email and had no response. This is odd since the items delivered were more than 3 times the price of my order. But it's not what I ordered! Somewhere out there is someone that ordered Clinique skincare products and ended up with Mac lipsticks... I am still waiting for a response from MAC online. Please come fetch this box and give me a full refund. I have given up on those lipsticks. Thanks.
