Terrible
Mac Sandton has the worst sales consultants, my daughter was there today for her foundation, they ignored her and started attending to a man telling him how cute he looks, funny the man was not even buying, they lost a sale and a very good client in me

************ My order is still not received and they are saying that they have shipped it but I have confirmed with Aramax that order was never sent and Mac just created the waybill number but it was actually not arranged for delivery .Mac is not refunding my money Please do not buy from Mac Online Southafrica Disgusting customer service

Disgusting Customer Service!
Worst service experienced. I placed an order, the order was shipped (with the worst courier service possible). The entire week has passed, no delivery and only for me to now be told that my parcel is “missing”. Usual story with the courier service and MAC clearly doesn’t care about following up on the issue because they’ve already been paid by me!

Disgusting Exchange Policy Mac Cosmetics
I’ve been an avid Mac cosmetic user for over 25 years, from foundation to lipsticks to liner to blush. As most of family and friends know this! I was gifted 4 weeks back for my 50th Birthday.with 3 mac lipsticks same shade hug me! I opted to exchange the one hug me lipstick for 835 Modesty lipstick 💄. Went to Mac in Waterfront VA with the original Mac gifting bag and lipstick as is. Was rudely told with no client service and oh let’s see how we can help you from Mac VA Sales lady Nicola van Rendsburg that even though I revived this as a gift! I need a bank statement or slip from the friend who gifted me the lipstick! How invasive is that to ask a friend for a bank statement! When a vision impaired person can even see it’s in the original Mac bag and box and unused! So moral of the story don’t ever buy from Mac if you gifting a friend! They don’t exchange their own products! So disgusted in the service and sadly disappointed that I’ve been an avid Mac Cosmetic user and promoter! Please exchange my lipstick as a loyal Mac Cosmetics user for over 25 years Shamila M: ***

I ordered two items during the singles day on 11 Nov 2025 from Mac Cosmetics South Africa online. I got no order nr, so I phoned and the operator stated that I will receive a refund. To this day, no product received and no refund. Do not order from their online store. Shocking that one can still get ****med from such a well-known company.
