WORST SERVICE!

I have never experienced a worst service in my life! I normally use Revlon but I decided to make a switch to MAC. The guy at cresta mall Truworths -(employee no:r***) tested me with NC45 Studio Tech and it looked perfect but he sold me a MAC NC50 pro longwear SPF 20 Foundation (which is lighter and ashy!).It looks ridiculous on my skin. I was not even aware and did not double check when buying because I was comfortable with the one he had tested me with. I only realised after applying it! Over and above that he recommended a finishing powder which I also bought. I didn't apply a powder because I was already looking like a ghost with foundation!<br> <br> He was not even welcoming, I stood there for 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged! <br> I've been to MAC in clearwater and I was given a world class service regardless of the fact that I wasn't buying anything.<br> <br> I personally don't think any of the consultants there are suitable for the brand! I didn't have a choice but to use it because I was going out and didn't have any other make up. I was so embarrassed! I looked like I was attempting to bleach my skin!<br> <br> I will be returning it back to for an exchange for a correct product!
