WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Don’t care!

MAC COSMETICS SOUTH AFRICA, an embarrassment and a disgrace to the brand, I am so appalled at their customer service. Emailing from “no reply” email addresses whilst the same issues are ongoing. Trying to “get rid” of me! As if I will go away? Purchased the same item twice, only received ONE refund and they keep sending me emails telling me it paid, with an attachment I cannot open from a “no reply” email account!! This is unacceptable customer service and I will NEVER USE THIS ONLINE STORE AGAIN!! I have been HUGELY AND MAJORLY INCONVENIENCED because of Mac Cosmetics SA horrific and pathetic customer service! As a loyal supporter and PRO MEMBER of this brand I am HUGELY DISAPPOINTED AND SO ANGRY!! To NATASHA, ALEKSANDRA TAMARA, you ladies should be ashamed of yourselves! You do not represent this brand in the way it should be, your disrespect and disregard for my ongoing issues and concerns are highly unprofessional and extremely concerning. You do not deserve your positions and if I were the powers that be at Mac cosmetics SA I would terminate your services with immediate effect. As for MAC COSMETICS SA, YOU GUYS ARE NOT A GOOD REPRESENTATION OF MAC COSMETICS over all. Very sad and so disappointed!!!!
