What a waste of such an amazing product

As I have bought Mac for about 10 years, not only do I love the product but have been the reason about 30 people support Mac. After being disappointed by a make up artist for my engagement shoot, being a complete loyal supporter of Mac, didn't think twice about going right over and asking for a quick face over. I was met with complete disgust at my request as if I was some kind of a freeloader looking for a full makeover with free Mac products to go with it. Perhaps those who work for Mac don't understand the importance of a make up supplier to any girl and was terribly disappointed that for many years I have only ever supported the brand and when it was needed for the brand to support a girl. . I was rudly told that, makeovers are booked waaay in advance. . hmm. . it was Sunday afternoon and the shop was empty with no other simple request for some help to make the best of my pre wedding shoot. Such a disappointment! Will be spreading the disappointing service to all I encouraged to use Mac and let them know that they actually don't care about the girls that love the product! Iv now found a product that supports me too!!!
