What a Joke! Order ***

I am a loyal Mac Customer and I placed my order on the Mac Cosmetics website on the 26th November, to date no delivery in sight. On my order status it says shipped but when I phone Mac on the number they give ***no one is willing to help. The excuses given is that the black friday sale was crazy and they are back logged. they have handed all deliveries to their courier and I must wait. No offer to check it and not willing to give me a tracking number or their couriers details. I am floored that this is the service they offer. #lookingforanewcosmeticsoption!
