Utterly rude and disinterested staff

I visited the Mall of Africa store on 29 Nov 2018 and received utterly disappointing service from the sales assistants. None of the employees were willing to acknowledge my presence. The female employee eventually assisted me with much attitude and disregard. The male employee just would not attend to me (to pay for my products) even though he was free and the female staff was busy at the counter. I do hope such behavior is addressed and these employees can appreciate the job that they have. I choose to purchase Mac Cosmetics, I don't have to put up with pompous, ******** and rude employees.
