Unprofessional Client Service

On 30 March 2016 I went to your store to buy a specific lipstick of yours I saw online. After I got there your staff was gathered at the till speaking and laughing to one another. After I looked at your lipsticks on display I couldn't find the colour I wanted. After a few minutes a lady finally came to greet us. I showed her the picture of the lipstick to which she said she doesn't know if they have it but I should wait for her at the display case and she will come and help me now. After a few minutes she didn't return. If I waited any longer for some assistance I would probably be still standing there this morning. Needless to say I walked out and went and bought the same colour at another cosmetics company for a fraction of the price. How can you expect clients to wait when you are not even busy at the time? No one even greeted us when we walked in? Every time I walked pass your store your staff seemed warm and friendly to every customer. Why was I ignored and neglected? This is unacceptable!
