Unhelpful and rude staff

I do like Mac products however this is now the third incident of bad service and rude staff. I went to Edgars in Menlyn with my sister. We both wanted to buy studio fix foundation. We both knew our shades so we didn't want any special assistance. However both of the makeup artist were busy with customers. I asked one of them to please give us the foundation. Rudely she said she is busy and we have to wait. I mean she was doing makeup. So must we wait for 30min to buy two products? They really had a bad attitude. Eventually she gave us the products and then just left us standing there without ringing the products up. We eventually left and walked through the entire Edgars to pay for these products. Really bad service and bad attitude. I am not going back there again and like I said this is not the first time that this has happened to me. Previous years there were many consultants always willing to help but now in the last year this has changed. Its totally unacceptable.
