Unhappy long client

Can Mac online store start using a realible Couriour company I ordered my product on the 01-02-2025 today we on the 10-02-2025 and I still have not received my order like day 10 without my order worst online store ever I regret ordering online , not even sure if Mac cosmetics is still authentic bcoz wow this is so unacceptable
