UNFULFILLED AND WRONG ORDERS!

<p>I placed two orders one on the 28/11/2016 and one of the 01/12/2016 after phoning repeatedly to get answers my first order was finally delivered only to receive the completely wrong order when i phoned all i get told is i can send it back and they will refund me because my item is sold out my second order has apparently left the 5th already but up until today they have been telling me its in the warehouse and now they dont know where it went! the fact that all my items are limited edition and now cannot be fulfilled is so unprofessional and i will not accept it. ive been requesting to speak to a manager for the last 4 days and they will not put me through to one or get one to call me back. I have never had such bad servie from MAC before and am totally shocked at the bad level of sevice i am receiving and the unwillingness to help a paying customer!!!</p>
