Truelly horrible service

Its a shame that I won't be able to give zero stars. Placed an order with Mac, tried to call them for a week and a half with absolutely no response, waited an hour and 40 minutes to get through to the call centre the first time, thereafter almost a hour before dropping the call, after no update received my parcel, one item missing, now have to struggle for another week to get through if not longer. First time ordering Mac online and definitely last time. Was supposed to be a gift for my birthday and now items are missing.
