Totally disgusted and disappointed

Good day ,<br> <br> I have over the past weekend experienced 2 horrific situations at Mac make up counters namely Cresta and Clearwater mall. I went to Cresta on Saturday to buy a foundation which had previously been sold out. When i told the consultant that the shade was incorrect she didn't seemed to be bothered. She said lets just try something else. She proceeded to get another foundation while i waited at the counter, she was interrupted by another white female customer who needed assistance. Instead of telling the lady that she is currently busy and will help her as soon as she is done, she left me standing there while she went about her business with the other lady. I was disgusted and left because the customer clearly stated that i had been first. I then decided to go the Mac counter at the Edgars store at Clear water mall. The sales consultant there didn't even bother to smile or ask if i needed assistance. I went up to her and said that i needed assistance. She recommended 2 shades of foundation to which i rep**** that they do not match. She then said well then that's what i would try if not there's nothing else!i mean really now Mac! one thing for sure, i will not support Mac!!
